Matjarak.ai sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved with any purchase.

How you receive your purchase

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details and a link to your members area at matjarak.ai/pages/members.

To access your downloads, sign in to the members area using the same email address you used to complete your purchase. Your full purchase, including all files and resources, will be available for download from this page.

Delivery time

Access is granted instantly upon successful payment. In rare cases of payment-processor delay, access is granted within 1 hour. If you do not see your order in the members area within 1 hour of payment, please check your spam folder for the confirmation email, then contact us.
