Refund Policy

Matjarak.ai sells digital products only — instant-download files, written guides, and access to online materials. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Eligibility for a refund

Because Matjarak Skills is delivered digitally and the buyer gains immediate access to the full product upon purchase, refunds are governed by the following rules:

- You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not downloaded the Matjarak Skills file (the ZIP archive) and have not accessed the members area at matjarak.ai/pages/members.
- Once the file has been downloaded — even partially — or the members area has been accessed, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is final and non-refundable.
- This limitation reflects the nature of digital content: the product cannot be returned and the buyer retains a usable copy after delivery.

By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you forfeit any statutory right of withdrawal once you have downloaded the file or accessed the members area, in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations regarding digital content supplied without a tangible medium.

2. Exceptions — when we will always refund you

We will issue a full refund, regardless of the points above, if:

- The download link is broken and we cannot deliver the product within a reasonable period after you contact us;
- The product is materially different from what was described on the product page; or
- You were charged in error (duplicate order, charged after a cancelled order, etc.).

3. How to request a refund

Email info@matjarak.ai from the address you used at checkout with:

- Your order number (e.g. #1005)
- A short description of the issue

We review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a concern with your purchase, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution for both sides and may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
